1. Chinese New Year (February 17, 2026)
Classification: Special (Non-Working) Day
For Tuesday, February 17, 2026, the following pay rules apply based on the no work, no pay principle, unless a company policy or Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) states otherwise.

Classification: Special (Working) Day
For Wednesday, February 25, 2026, the day is considered an ordinary working day for wage purposes.
Did Not Work: No pay applies (unless there is a favorable company policy or CBA).
Worked: Employee receives 100% of their basic wage for the first eight hours.
Overtime: Work done in excess of eight hours is paid an additional 25% of the hourly rate (Hourly rate x 125%).

February 17 (Chinese New Year): Apply the 30% premium for work rendered. If it is the employee's rest day, the premium increases to 50%.
