These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Both Northeast Business Solutions, Inc. and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolving any disputes that may arise in connection with these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
You agree to irrevocably submit all disputes related to these Terms or the relationship established by this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. However, Northeast Business Solutions, Inc. also reserves the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you reside or, if these Terms were entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the jurisdiction of your principal place of business.
