Ilocos Region Announces New Minimum Wage Rates for 2025
The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), through the National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC), has approved a new wage increase for the Ilocos Region. The new rates are set to take effect starting 19 November 2025.
The increase covers both daily minimum wage earners in the private sector and domestic workers (kasambahay).
New Daily Minimum Wage (Ilocos Region)
The new daily minimum wage rates are broken down by sector and number of employees.

New Monthly Minimum Wage for Domestic Workers
The wage adjustment also includes an increase for domestic workers across all cities and municipalities in the Ilocos Region, regardless of income class.
Previous Monthly Rate: ₱6,000
Amount of Increase: ₱700
New Monthly Minimum Rate: ₱6,700
Employers in the region are advised to update their payroll systems to ensure compliance with these new wage orders by the effectivity date.
