New Minimum Wage in Western Visayas (Region VI) Effective November 2025



The National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) has approved a new wage increase for private sector workers and domestic workers in Western Visayas (Region VI).


This new directive, Wage Order No. RBVI-28, is set to take effect on November 19, 2025.


Employers, HR practitioners, and payroll managers in the region must ensure their systems are updated to comply with these new rates.



New Daily Minimum Wage Rates (Wage Order No. RBVI-28)



The new daily minimum wage structure for the non-agriculture, industrial, commercial, and agriculture sectors is as follows:

The wage order also includes a ₱500 increase for domestic workers (kasambahays).
