SOCCSKSARGEN Implements New Minimum Wage Rates

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has announced new wage orders for private sector workers and domestic workers in SOCCSKSARGEN (Region XII). These new rates are effective starting November 2, 2025.

Here are the complete details based on the new wage orders.

Daily Minimum Wage (Wage Order No. XII-25)

The new daily minimum wage for workers in the private sector will be implemented in two tranches.

• First Tranche (Effective 02 November 2025): The daily minimum wage is ₱433 - ₱450.

• Second Tranche (Effective 15 December 2025): The daily minimum wage will increase to ₱443 - ₱460.

Monthly Minimum Wage for Domestic Workers (Wage Order No. RB XII-DW-05)

A new wage order has also been approved for domestic workers, or Kasambahays, in the region.

• Effective 02 November 2025: The new monthly minimum wage for domestic workers is set at ₱6,000.00.

Employers and workers in the SOCCSKSARGEN region are advised to adhere to these new wage guidelines.
