NCR Minimum Wage Increase 2025: What You Need to Know

Workers in the National Capital Region (NCR) are set to receive a significant pay raise. The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board - National Capital Region has officially signed Wage Order No. NCR-25, mandating a ₱50.00 increase in the daily minimum wage for all private sector minimum wage earners.

The decision, approved on June 24, 2025, comes after a series of public hearings and careful consideration of the current economic conditions, including the rising cost of living. This new wage order aims to provide financial relief to workers and their families across Metro Manila.
