PhilHealth Releases 2023-2024 Non-Compliant Employers List
PhilHealth has published a comprehensive report on non-remitting and/or non-reporting employers tagged as Temporarily Closed (TC) for the periods of July-December 2023 and January-October 2024. This report is now available on the PhilHealth website.
According to Section 6.f of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the National Health Insurance Act of 2013, PhilHealth is mandated to maintain an updated membership and contribution database. Section 15 of the same IRR outlines the obligations of employers, including the registration of employees, timely payment of contributions, and submission of remittance reports. Employers who fail to meet these requirements are considered non-compliant.
The complete list of non-compliant employers can be accessed at PhilHealth Partners Employers. Employers or their representatives have 30 days to visit the nearest PhilHealth Office to verify or update their status and settle any outstanding obligations. Direct Contributors should also update their records and premium contributions with PhilHealth as per Rule III (Program Membership) Section 8.3 of the Universal Health Care Act (Republic Act No. 11223).
For further inquiries, contact PhilHealth's 24/7 Corporate Action Center at (02) 866-225-88, or via email at [email protected].
